1. REGISTRATION

Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit corresponding to the cost of a place on the activity you have chosen. The balance must be paid at the latest before the start of the activity.

All registrations imply :

• Full acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
• Be able to put your head under water and be able to swim at least 30 m.
• Not to have any medical contraindications to the practice of our activities

2. CANCELLATION - INTERRUPTION

Bô Canyon reserves the right to modify, cancel or interrupt an activity in the following cases:

1) For safety reasons

• Water level too high
• Unfavourable weather conditions affecting the safety of the business

Please note: Météo-France 'orange' warnings for our département do not automatically cancel services.

2) Force majeure

Injury, accident or illness of the guide responsible for the activity

3) If we cancel the service, all sums paid will be reimbursed without additional compensation.

4) In the event of cancellation by you :

• More than 8 days before the date of the activity, 20% of the total amount of the service will be retained.
• Between 7 and 2 days before the date of the activity, 35% of the total cost of the service will be retained.
• No refunds will be made for less than 48 hours' notice.

3. DIPLOMA

All the activities offered by Bô Canyon are supervised exclusively by guides who hold the relevant state qualifications. Diplomas can be supplied on request.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

• 1. If circumstances require, the locations of activities or certain services in the programme may be changed without prior notice.
• 2. Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and safety given by the instructor, who reserves the right to exclude any person whose behaviour compromises the safety or well-being of the group. In this case, no refund will be due.
• 3. Theft and damage : BÔ Canyon declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings before, during and after the activity.

5. INSURANCE

• 1. BÔ Canyon holds a professional liability insurance policy No 675047304 with the Syndicat National des Moniteurs de Canyon SNMC.
• 2. In addition, the instructors working for Bô Canyon are covered by professional indemnity insurance.
• 3. Additional insurance taken out by the BÔ Canyon guides also covers participants for "personal accident".

6. PRICE

• 1. Unless otherwise stated, the price of each service includes supervision by a qualified instructor and all the sports equipment required for the activity.
• 2. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

7. TERMS OF PAYMENT

• 1. A deposit corresponding to the amount of one place for the chosen service is required for the booking to become effective. The balance must be paid at the latest before the start of the service.
• 2. Payments can be made by one of the following methods: cash, cheque, holiday voucher or bank transfer.

8. JURISDICTION CLAUSE

In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the judicial district on which BÔ Canyon depends.

9. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

BÔ Canyon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
